Welcome to Facilities Planning, Construction, and Management
Facilities Planning, Construction, and Management (FPCM), a part of Division of Safety and Facilities, under the Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer's portfolio, builds, manages and maintains GW's property and grounds on all three of GW's campuses. While our efforts vary from construction management to recycling/waste management and many things in between, our overall goal is to ensure that the GW community (students, faculty, and staff) live and work in a clean and enjoyable environment.
