Construction Management

The Construction Management team provides overall project management on the Foggy Bottom, Mount Vernon, and Virginia Science and Technology campuses, as well as renovations within off-campus leased space.   • Full project management lifecycle services including:
    • Programming
    • Design
    • Regulatory Approvals
    • Construction Management
    • Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
    • Warranty
    • Closeout
  • Managing project budgets and schedules
  • Support development of annual capital budgets
