The Construction Management team provides overall project management on the Foggy Bottom, Mount Vernon, and Virginia Science and Technology campuses, as well as renovations within off-campus leased space. - Full project management lifecycle services including:
- Programming
- Design
- Regulatory Approvals
- Construction Management
- Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
- Warranty
- Closeout
- Managing project budgets and schedules
- Support development of annual capital budgets
