Adam Aaronson
AVP - Campus Development
Adam has been with GW since 2006 and is responsible for the management and delivery of all services within Campus Development including Construction Management and Campus Planning.
Adam earned his MBA in Real Estate from GW, as well as a BS in Biology from The College of William and Mary. He is a LEED AP.

Nick Gingue, DBA
AVP - Campus Operations
Nick Gingue (pronounced “Jang”) assumed the role of AVP for Campus Operations in July 2025. With over two decades of leadership experience in higher education, Nick has strong expertise in facilities management and operational efficiency. Prior to GW, he spent 18 years at Towson University, where he held multiple leadership roles, including AVP of Facilities Management.
He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master’s in Leadership and Management from Towson University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Castleton University.
Mansi Talwar, CEM, LEED AP
Executive Director - Utilities, Energy, and Engineering
Mansi graduated from GW with her Masters in Environment and Energy Management in 2010 and joined the GW FPCM family in May 2021. As a graduate student, she participated in the design charrette of the Milken Institute School of Public Health project and since then she has supported GW on many projects as a LEED Consultant as well as a DC Sustainable Energy Utility partner.
Mansi is excited to be a part of the FPCM leadership team and support the university to meet its ambitious goals.
Brian Snyder
Managing Director - Campus Planning
Brian has been supporting GW since 2018 and is responsible for all campus planning and construction activities across GW's campuses, including both capital and non-capital projects.
He holds a Bachelors and Masters in Construction Management. Brian has almost 30 years of facilities experience and has spent the last 20 years in higher education including University of Maryland, George Mason University, and The Ohio State University.
One of his favorite GW experiences is volunteering at Midnight Breakfast and being a part of the faculty and staff that go above and beyond their normal duties to ensure the students enjoy a break from their rigorous studying.
Charlie Wurz
Director - Transportation and Logistics Services
Charlie joined GW in 2022. He is responsible for GW’s shuttle operations, safe-ride student transportation, alternative transportation modes, and waste management. Charlie also oversees GW’s fleet management operations as well as moving and relocation services across all campuses.
Charlie brings over twenty years of senior level contracting experience with Federal and State government agencies providing transportation, logistics, and labor solutions. Additionally, he has provided consulting services for regional and national companies enabling strategic growth and profitability.
Charlie looks forward to supporting FPCM initiatives while improving workflows, safety, and efficiency across his areas of responsibility.
