Managing Requests
Once you have submitted your fixit request, you can follow the progress on the ‘Process’ screen in Fixit
Click on the ‘Process’ text and now you will have a few options to choose from. You can look through each list to find your specific request or type a key work into the search window to narrow your search.
When you select a request, the detail screen will open and you can now see a variety of steps in the life of a request, such as when your request was created, the description of work and the ‘Comment’ stream, which allows you to exchange questions or information with Facilities Central
Once open request has been selected a place for comments will apear at the bottom of the page. You can post needs and ask questions in that space.
You can also see the work request status. Please use the ‘Comments’ section if you have questions or concernds about a request
