Facilties by the Numbers
Facilities Services is committed to providing quality service to our customers with an established a service metric that targets completion of 85% of routine work requests within five days and emergency requests within one day (note: an emergency is characterized as a problem that will jeopardize a person's safety, cause damage or loss of property or will significantly disrupt university activities). Completion times may vary based upon volumes or time of year (such as start of the semester) - however, every effort is made to complete requests as quickly as possible at all times. We continue to work to improve the responsiveness of our services and seek to continuously improve the services provided by our team.
