Event Spaces

The process for reserving the  SEH B1  event spaces will transition to a new system over the winter break. On Friday, 12/21, the SEH event form will be deactivated so that all current room reservations for the B1 spaces can be transferred to the new event platform (a somewhat manual process). We anticipate that this process will be completed on January 4th and hopefully the new platform will be accessible for use the week of January 7th.

The SEH event email will not change so please use that ([email protected]) if you have questions.

SEH Loading Dock and building hours Information:

Please note the loading dock hours are Monday through Friday 7AM-4PM. If your event will require the use of the dock outside of those days and times, please contact Mike Jones at the loading dock office (4-2357 or [email protected]) where you can check out a remote control fob (for the loading dock gate) and a GWorld card that will provide access to the loading dock exterior door.  The fob and GWorld card must be returned to the loading dock office on the next business day.

Building hours are 7AM-11PM Monday thru Friday8AM-8PM on Saturday and accessible by GWorld card on Sunday. If your event begins before the building opens, please contact GWPD to arrange access.
