Power Users, Chargeable Requests & Small Maintenance Projects

Individual Chargeable Requests

Chargeable requests are customer funded requests. The requesting department must provide their Oracle Alias when submitting the request.  Chargeable requests can be submitted online via FixIt by the department’s FixIt Power User. Please note that the Finance Director for your department must authorize this process.

The Chargeable Request Form can be filled out online (but not saved) and then printed or can be printed and filled out by hand (please print) for faxing.  Please download and complete the authorization form (Power User Request Form (.doc))  then e-mail it to Facilities Central  For assistance, please contact Facilities Central at 202-994-6706 Option 3.

Small Maintenance Project Requests

Some chargeable requests require the assistance of multiple shops and trades.  If you feel that the work you are requesting falls into this category, please reach out to Facilities Central, 202-994-6706 Option 3, so we can have the work evaluated by an operations manager.  If it is determined that this work falls into the realm of a small maintenance project, a point person will be assigned to your project and the work order will be created for you.  For assistance, please contact Facilities Central at 202-994-6706 Option 3.

PLAQ / plaques and memorials - not signs

RENOVATION / changes to the physical space
REUSE / request item from or donate item to GW Reuse
SHAMPOO / upholstery or carpet cleaning
SIGN / make and install sign, name inserts
