Facilities Facts

Facilities Services is committed to providing quality service to our customers with an established a service metric that targets completion of 85% of routine work requests within five days and emergency requests within one day (note: an emergency is characterized as a problem that will jeopardize a person's safety, cause damage or loss of property or will significantly disrupt university activities).  Completion times may vary based upon volumes or time of year (such as start of the semester) - however, every effort is made to complete requests as quickly as possible at all times.

Service metrics for most recent three months:

May: 4053 requests were completed. 85.1% achieved our completion standard.
April: 3838 requests were completed. 86.8% achieved our completion standard.
March: 3829 requests were completed. 83.3% achieved our completion standard. 

We continue to work to improve the responsiveness of our services and seek to continuously improve the services provided by our team.
