Requests to use cots, mops, brooms, buckets and vacuums can be submitted on FIXit.  While cots can be requested for more than one night, the other items may be requested for use for a period of 24 hours, so plan accordingly. A FIXit request for use of these items must be initiated three (3) business days in advance of the date needed; any request place with less that the three day lead-time, may not be able to be fulfilled. Be sure to indicate the date(s) you are requesting delivery of the items. If the request is for a cot, please specify the number of nights you will need use of it.

The items will be delivered to your room and placed just inside the front door and must be returned to that location when you are finished with them so that Housekeeping can pick up the item(s).

Housekeeping maintains and cleans all residence hall common areas such as lounges, hallways, kitchens and bathrooms. 

Limited cleaning services are provided to all freshman residence halls and freshman rooms in mixed class residence halls. This service provides weekly cleaning of bathrooms only. Freshmen are responsible for cleaning the other areas of their residence room.
