Academic and Administrative Buildings
Facilities Management is responsible for overall management of keys used throughout the University. Facilities Management also processes key requests, issues replacement keys, repairs locks and conducts audits of departmental key control programs and key box logs.
Academic and Administrative Department heads, Deans and Chairpersons are responsible for keys issued to them for buildings and spaces within their responsibility. Each department will appoint a key control monitor to administer the departmental key control program and that department will control issued keys to prevent unauthorized access to their buildings.
